Hospital Authority of Rockdale County, Conyers, Ga., hired FiduciaryVest as its first investment consultant, confirmed Julie Mills, executive director.
The authority, which issued the RFP in November, manages a $40 million endowment, which consists of proceeds from the 2009 sale of its hospital facilities to LifePoint.
FiduciaryVest began its five-year contract on Feb. 26. Other finalists were Broad Street Capital Advisors and Southeastern Advisory Services.
