Edward Higham was named managing director at mergers and acquisition advisory firm Silver Lane, confirmed Erika Cramer, partner.
It is a new position. Mr. Higham reports to managing partner Elizabeth Bloomer Nesvold.
He previously was vice president in corporate development and M&A at New York Life Insurance Co.
