Paul Boyne and Doug McGraw were named senior portfolio managers at Manulife Asset Management, confirmed Christopher Conkey, chief investment officer, global equities.
Both are new positions. Messrs. Boyne and McGraw joined the firm on Monday and lead the new global equity team. They report to Mr. Conkey and currently work in the firm's London office. The long-term plan, said Mr. Conkey, is for both of them to relocate to Boston.
Messrs. Boyne and McGraw were previously senior fund managers for the global equity team at Invesco Perpetual. They left the firm in December. Nick Mustoe, chief investment officer, took over their responsibilities managing the Invesco Perpetual Equity Income Fund, according to spokeswoman Jane Bland.
