Mississippi Public Employees' Retirement System, Jackson, is searching for a third-party administrator for its $1.3 billion 457 plan.
The current administrator is Systematized Benefits Administrators, according to an RFP posted on the pension fund's website. Information on whether the firm can rebid was not available by press time.
Proposals are due at 5 p.m. CDT on May 1. Finalist presentations are scheduled for July 22 and a decision on Aug. 27. A five-year contract is scheduled to begin Jan. 1, with an option for three one-year renewals.
