Texas Municipal Retirement System, Austin, is conducting a shortlist search for its first transition managers, confirmed Bill Wallace, spokesman for the $20.4 billion pension fund.
Investment consultant R.V. Kuhns & Associates and TMRS staff will conduct the search, and interested managers can contact the consultant on the pension fund's website, Mr. Wallace said.
A deadline, number of managers to be selected and hiring date have not been determined.
