The Oklahoma state treasurer's office is searching for a chief investment officer, confirmed spokesman Tim Allen.
The CIO oversees investment of the treasurer's $7 billion portfolio of non-pension assets and also assists with oversight of the $700 million Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Fund, Oklahoma City.
The CIO will replace Sue MacHugh, who is retiring, and reports to Treasurer Ken Miller, who also chairs the tobacco settlement fund.
The job posting is available on the treasurer's website. There is no timetable for a hiring decision, Mr. Allen said in a telephone interview.
