Holyoke (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an emerging real estate manager to run $3 million to $7 million, confirmed Chief Investment Officer Raymond Depelteau.
It is a new allocation for the $180 million pension fund and the assets will come from rebalancing. No managers will be terminated.
Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EST on Feb. 19. A timetable for a decision has yet to be determined.
