Hamish Mackenzie was named head of infrastructure Europe and infrastructure debt, and Nadir Maruf was named head of Asia Pacific alternative investments at RREEF Alternatives, a unit of Deutsch Asset Management, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Messrs. Mackenzie and Maruf, both managing directors, will now lead the global RREEF infrastructure business, replacing managing director John McCarthy, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Both are taking on additional responsibilities and will not be replaced in their prior roles.
Mr. Mackenzie was previously head of infrastructure Europe. Mr. Maruf's role as head of Asia Pacific alternatives is new. He was previously head of infrastructure for the region, a role he will retain. They will both report to Pierre Cherki, managing director and global head of RREEF Alternatives.
