John Byrne was named vice president of institutional retirement plans at Prudential Retirement, confirmed spokeswoman Dawn Kelly.
It is a new position. Mr. Byrne reports to Sean McLaughlin, senior vice president, client relations and business development.
Mr. Byrne was previously vice president of institutional retirement plans at Lincoln Financial Group. Lincoln Financial spokeswoman Daniela Palmieri did not have further information by press time.
