Oregon Investment Council, Tigard, which runs the $60.3 billion Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund, Salem, committed $100 million each to Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund and private equity fund A&M Capital Partners, confirmed James Sinks spokesman, in an e-mail.
Stonepeak Infrastructure is a new fund by investment manager Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners. The fund will invest in North America infrastructure, primarily water and utilities, energy and transportation. A&M Capital Partners is a first-time fund of manager A&M Capital, a new subsidiary of Alvarez and Marsal Holdings. The fund will make buyout investments in small- to middle-market companies.
