Raimondo Amabile and Andrew Radkiewicz were named co-heads of Prudential Real Estate Investors' European business, confirmed spokeswoman Theresa Miller.
They replace Eric Adler, who previously held the duties under the title of CEO of Europe. Mr. Adler took over as global chief investment officer for the retiring Dale Taysom at the end of 2012. Messrs. Amabile and Radkiewicz report to Mr. Adler.
Mr. Amabile was previously managing director and member of the European executive committee and will not be replaced in that role.
Mr. Radkiewicz was managing director and co-head of the European real estate finance group. Ms. Miller said in a telephone interview that Mr. Radkiewicz's primary focus will remain in this area although he no longer will have that title. It has yet to be determined if there will be a change in title for Andrew Macland, managing director and other co-head of the group.
Separately, Philip Barrett was named chief risk and investment officer for Europe and Asia. He will replace the departing Broderick Storie, who is leaving for another opportunity, in March.
Mr. Barrett is managing director in the firm's European real estate investment platform, and a search has begun to find a replacement.
