Bradford K. Gallagher was named chairman of the board of trustees at Commonfund, confirmed managing director Keith Luke.
Mr. Gallagher replaces Laurance R. Hoagland, who has retired from the board after serving 12 years.
Also, Charles J. Pippin has retired from the board after serving 12 years.
The changes leave the Commonfund board with 10 members and took effect Dec. 13.
