Texas County & District Retirement System, Austin, committed €40 million ($54 million) to Orion European Real Estate Fund IV on Dec. 28, according to a recently released transition report on the $17.6 billion retirement system's website.
The fund is managed by London-based Orion Capital Managers and is TCDRS' first commitment with the manager.
