Delaware State University, Dover, issued an RFP for an investment consultant for its $20.9 million endowment and foundation fund.
The consultant will handle asset allocation, manager selection, performance analysis and other duties for the fund.
The RFP is available from the state's website. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EST on Feb. 18, and the contract will be awarded in March.
