San Francisco Employees' Retirement System has made $41 million in new commitments, confirmed Robert Shaw, interim deputy director for investments.
The system committed $30 million to TowerBrook Capital Partners' Investors IV, a middle-market private equity fund, and $11 million to Battery Ventures' X Fund, a venture capital fund, and its side fund.
