Texas Employees Retirement System, Austin, is searching for a firm to provide actuarial consulting services for the $22.9 billion pension fund, confirmed Mary Jane Wardlow, in an e-mail.
The contract of incumbent Buck Consultants expires June 30; Buck may rebid, Ms. Wardlow said.
The contract begins June 1, 2013, and will run through Aug. 31. 2016, and might be extended, according to the RFP document, which is available on the Texas state procurement site. Responses are due Feb. 25.
