Norfolk County Retirement System, Canton, Mass., is searching for a firm to provide actuarial services, according to an RFP posted on the $630 million pension fund's website.
Buck Consultants is the current actuary. It could not be learned whether they are invited to rebid.
The pension plan was 60% funded as of Jan. 1, 2010, according to the RFP.
The RFP is available on the pension plan's website. Proposals are due at noon EST Jan. 23. A hiring date was not specified in the RFP.
