Correction: U.S. Supreme Court

U.S. Supreme Court case Gabelli et al vs. SEC was brought by a former GAMCO Investors portfolio manager, Marc Gabelli, and Chief Operating Officer Bruce Alpert but was settled with Gabelli Funds LLC. Incorrect information appeared in a story in the Jan. 8 P&I Daily.
