State-Boston Retirement System is searching for an auditor, confirmed Jonathan Lucas, comptroller.
The contract will be for one year with two additional one-year renewal options.
Incumbent KPMG is invited to rebid, Mr. Lucas said in an e-mail.
The RFP notice is available on city of Boston's procurement website. The entire RFP can be obtained by e-mailing Mr. Lucas at [email protected].
Proposals are due at noon EST on Jan. 25. A hiring decision is expected the first week of February.
The pension fund had about $3.35 billion in assets as of Sept. 30.
