Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System, Phoenix, committed up to $45 million to TowerBrook Investors IV, a buyout fund, confirmed James Hacking, administrator of the $6.9 billion pension fund.
The pension fund has also reserved $15 million for a potential co-investment with TowerBrook Capital Partners, according to Mr. Hacking.
The pension fund previously committed up to $50 million to TowerBrook Investors III in October 2008.
