Luzerne County Transportation Authority, Kingston, Pa., is searching for a bundled provider for its $3 million Union Employees Pension Plan, confirmed Stanley Strelish, executive director.
The authority is not required by law to put professional services out to bid but wanted to give other firms a chance to send proposals, Mr. Strelish said in a telephone interview. The current provider, ASCO Financial Group, is eligible to rebid.
Proposals are due at 1 p.m. EST on Jan. 18. There is no specific timetable for a decision.
