Fernandina Beach, Fla., is searching for an actuarial consultant for the city's two defined benefit pension plans, according to an RFP posted on the city's website.
Foster & Foster is the current actuarial consultant for the $12 million Police Officers & Firefighters Pension Plan and $11 million General Employees Pension Plan. It was not known whether the firm can rebid.

Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EST on Jan. 3. A decision is expected by the city commission on Jan. 15.
