Cumberland Township, Gettysburg, Pa., is searching for a firm to provide investment and administrative services for its two pension plans, according to an RFP posted on the township's website.
The Cumberland Township Police Pension Plan and Nonuniformed Pension Plan had a combined $2.1 million in assets as of Jan. 1, 2011, according to the most recent audit information. The township is looking for one manager for both plans. The current manager could not be learned by press time.
The RFP is available on the township's website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EST Jan. 10. Interviews and a hiring decision are scheduled to take place in January and February.
