Kentucky Deferred Compensation selects Nationwide as record keeper

Kentucky Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Authority, Frankfort, hired Nationwide Retirement Solutions as record keeper for the combined $2 billion 457 and 401(k) plans, confirmed Chris Helvey, assistant to Robert Brown, executive director.

An RFP was issued in August.

The previous record keeper, ING U.S. Retirement Services, did not rebid.

Nationwide's contract begins July 1.
