Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System extended for one year the contracts of Attucks Asset Management and Capital Prospects, both of which run emerging manager funds of funds, according to the minutes from the $11.4 billion pension fund's Nov. 13 board meeting.
Attucks' $32.5 million portfolio is benchmarked to the Russell 2000 index; Capital Prospects' $31.3 million portfolio is benchmarked to the Russell 3000.
