Bon-Ton Stores Inc., York, Pa., hired Wells Fargo Retirement Services as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, according to employee materials posted on the website of ING U.S. Retirement Services, the plan's current record keeper.
A blackout period will begin at 4 p.m. EST on Nov. 28 and end during the week of Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filing with the SEC on Wednesday.
As of Dec. 31, 2011, the Bon-Ton Stores Inc. Retirement Contribution Plan had $247 million in assets.
