Seneca Gaming Corp., Niagara Falls, N.Y., hired Diversified as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, according to a posting on the company's retirement plan website.
Diversified replaced Transamerica Retirement Services. Further information could not be learned by press time.
As of Dec. 31, the Seneca Gaming Corp. 401(k) plan had $26 million in assets, according to the firm's most recent Form 5500 filing.
