Knight Transportation Inc., Phoenix, hired Diversified as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, according to an 8-K filing with the SEC on Friday.
Diversified replaces Prudential Financial. A blackout period for participants will begin on Nov. 26 and end during the week of Dec. 16.
The 401(k) plan had $13 million in assets as of Dec. 31, according to the firm's most recent Form 5500 filing.
Further details about the 401(k) plan could not be learned by press time. Phone calls to Dave Jackson, president, and Vicki Williams, benefits administrator, were not returned by deadline.
