Andrew Gilbert joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management-Global Real Assets as investment principal for Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development infrastructure.
This is a new position, said Charlotte Powell, spokeswoman, in an e-mailed response to questions.
Mr. Gilbert will be responsible for building the U.S. utilities and contracted power business for the infrastructure investments group. He will report to Jason Zibarras, chief investment officer, OECD infrastructure investments.
Mr. Gilbert previously led the power generation operations and growth business of Centrica, a London-based energy and utility company.
