Detroit Policemen & Firemen Retirement System hired Wilshire Associates as investment consultant, according to a news release from the board.
Wilshire replaces North Point Advisors, which rebid. An RFP was issued in February. NEPC was also a finalist.
North Point had been consultant for the $3.4 billion pension fund since 2005.
