Dana Brown joined Callan Associates as a senior vice president and senior investment consultant.
The position is new, confirmed Nancy Malinowski, a Callan spokeswoman. In his Atlanta-based position, Mr. Brown will focus on serving large public and corporate pension plan clients, as well as endowments and foundations.
Mr. Brown was a vice president and senior investment consultant at The Newport Group, an investment consulting firm. Lizz Holmes, a spokeswoman for The Newport Group, said a search is under way to fill Mr. Brown's position.
