Fresno City (Calif.) Retirement Systems is searching for a general investment consultant, according to an RFP posted on the systems’ website.
Incumbent Wilshire Associates is invited to rebid. Wilshire has been the $2 billion system’s consultant for about 10 years.
The systems — the Employees Retirement System and Fire and Police Retirement System — have an asset allocation of 28% each domestic and international equity, 24% fixed income, 15% real estate and 5% inflation protected.

Proposals are due Sept. 10. A hiring decision is expected Dec. 12.
