Metropolitan Community College, Kansas City, Mo., is searching for a single record keeper-administration provider for its 403(b) and 457 plans, confirmed Cindy Orr, senior account executive with CBIZ Financial Solutions, the plans' general consultant.
The college currently has 13 providers; it wants to have a single provider for the plans, which have combined assets of $40 million, Ms. Orr said. All 13 providers are invited to rebid.
The RFP is available from the school's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. CDT Aug. 10. A decision is expected some time in September, with an effective date of Jan. 1.
