Chicago Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund is searching for an actuarial consultant, confirmed Susan Boutin, executive director of the $1.03 billion fund.
Incumbent Goldstein & Associates will not rebid. Founder Sandor Goldstein said in an interview that the firm will no longer provide actuarial valuations for large public plans.
The contract is for five years, starting Jan. 1.
The RFP is available on the fund's website. Proposals are due Aug. 6. A hiring decision is expected on Sept. 26.
