Falmouth (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for a domestic large-cap growth equity manager to run up to $5 million, according to an RFP posted on the website of Wainwright Investment Counsel, the system's investment consultant.
The $85 million plan will accept proposals for active and passive strategies, which should be benchmarked to the Russell 1000 Growth index or a comparable index, according to the RFP. Preference will be given to commingled funds, but separately managed accounts will be considered.
The RFP can be accessed through Wainwright's website. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT Aug. 24. A hiring date has not been determined.
Francis “Kip” St. Germaine, retirement administrator, and Jeff Fabrizio, the plan's consultant at Wainwright, were not available for additional information by press time.
