Forth Ports Group Pension Scheme, Grangemouth, Scotland, hired Punter Southall as investment consultant and actuary, said Drew McManus, manager at the £250 million ($390 million) fund.
Mr. McManus said the selection of a new investment consultant “possibly” could lead to changes in the pension fund's asset allocation and external managers, adding that it was Punter Southall's charge to make any recommendations along those lines.
Punter Southall replaces Mercer, which previously held both roles. A public search began earlier this year.
