Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority, Pittsburgh, is searching for an investment consultant for its two defined benefit plans with a combined $23.5 million in assets, confirmed Doug Komandt, finance director.
Incumbent PFM Advisors is invited to rebid. PFM was the first consultant for the plans and was hired four years ago.
Mr. Komandt said the RFP was issued to see what other firms could offer the plans.
The RFP is available on the water authority's website. at Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EDT July 10. A hiring decision is anticipated in October, Mr. Komandt said.
