Ian McKinlay has been named investment director at the £10 billion ($15.7 billion) Aviva Staff Pension Scheme, Perth, Scotland, effective in September.
The position is new.
Mr. McKinlay is chief investment officer at the £11 billion Pension Protection Fund, London. Existing staff will handle Mr. McKinley's duties until a replacement is found, PPF spokesman Richard Hunt said.
