John Thompson is retiring as trust investments manager at Energy Future Holdings, Dallas, on June 22, he confirmed in a telephone interview.
Robert Moussaid, director, risk, insurance, pension and trust investments, will assume Mr. Thompson's responsibilities; the trust investments manager title will be eliminated.
Mr. Thompson said the job is more part-time since the company hired Hewitt EnnisKnupp in September as outsourced CIO for its retirement plans, with a total of $3.9 billion in assets. He added that the job mainly involves working with consultants.
Mr. Thompson remains president of the National Society of Institutional Investment Professionals.
