Westinghouse Electric Co. LLC, Cranberry Township, Pa., hired Aon Hewitt as record keeper of its $915 million 401(k) plan, replacing ING U.S. Retirement Services, confirmed David Pribozie, consultant-retirement plans.
The change was made for cost considerations and to provide the firm with an integrated solution, since Aon Hewitt serves as administrator to Westinghouse’s pension and health and welfare plans, Mr. Pribozie said in a telephone interview.
