Saker Nusseibeh was named CEO of Hermes Fund Managers, confirmed spokeswoman Jean Dumas.
Mr. Nusseibeh will keep his previous title of head of investment at Hermes; however, some of his duties have been reassigned to other investment staff members.
He became interim CEO in November when former CEO Rupert Clarke announced his departure.
Hermes is owned by and manages assets for the £35 billion ($54.9 billion) BT Pension Scheme, London.
