Plymouth (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an active domestic large-cap value equity manager to run $5 million, confirmed Debra Sullivan, director of the $113 million retirement system.
The board has performance concerns with the current manager, said Maura Goulart, analyst at Fiduciary Investment Advisors, the pension fund’s general consultant. She declined to name the firm. However, she said the board has not made any decisions on how the search will be funded or what will happen with the current manager.
The RFP notice is posted on the retirement system’s website. The entire RFP can be obtained by contacting Ms. Sullivan at [email protected] or Ms. Goulart at [email protected]. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EDT June 11. A hiring decision is expected by the end of August.
