Serco Inc., Reston, Va., hired ING U.S. Retirement Plan Services as bundled provider of its 401(k) plan, according to employee materials posted on ING's website.
The plan's previous provider was Diversified.
Also, the plan is adding the ING Large Cap Growth Portfolio as an investment option and dropping the American Funds Growth Fund of America.
The 401(k) plan had $246 million in assets as of Dec. 31, 2010, according to the firm's most recent Form 5500 filing. The plan has 29 investment options.
