NEC Corp. of America Retirement Plan, Irving, Texas, hired Schwab Retirement Plan Services as bundled provider for its 401(k) plan, according to employee benefit material posted on Schwab's website.
Schwab replaces ING U.S. Retirement Services, according to information on the Schwab website.
The new investment lineup features eight investment options as well as a series of target-date funds from T. Rowe Price.
The defined contribution plan had $331 million in assets as of Dec. 31, 2010, according to the most recent 5500 filing.
