Lothian Pension Fund, Edinburgh, named six managers to a preapproved list to vie for running up to a total of £500 million ($793 million) in unconstrained global equity, confirmed Pamela Bruce, spokeswoman for the £3.5 billion fund.
Baillie Gifford, Cantillon Capital Management, Nordea Investment Management, Lazard Asset Management, Natixis Global Asset Management and BNY Mellon Asset Management have been selected to sign framework agreements with Lothian; however, funding is not assured, Ms. Bruce said. Funding decisions have yet to be made, she said.
