Winchester (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System reissued an RFP for passive international and emerging markets equity managers to run a total of $17 million, according to a posting on the town's website.
The $80 million fund seeks managers indexed to MSCI EAFE and MSCI EM indexes. The RFP did not indicate the number of managers sought or how the assets would be split among the managers.
The RFP is available on the town's website.
Proposals are due at 8 a.m. EDT March 29. A hiring decision is expected to be made at the April 19 board meeting.
An RFP for the same mandates was released in December with a due date of Jan. 20. A phone call and e-mail to Karen Manchuso, the board's administrator, were not returned by press time for comment on why the RFP was reissued.
