Every year, Pensions & Investments tracks the funded status of the 100 largest corporate defined benefit plan sponsors that are publicly traded. The information is obtained from the corporations' 10-K filings. P&I collects the following information: fair value of plan assets; projected benefit obligation; discount rate; and assumed rate of return. There are around a dozen companies that have already filed their latest annual report. Their information is available in the Pensions & Investments Research Center. The other corporations' information will be displayed as the filings are available.
