London Borough of Bexley Superannuation Fund issued an RFP for a real estate multimanager to run an existing £31 million ($49 million) portfolio, said Terry Pearce, financial resources manager at the £460 million fund.
The portfolio has a target allocation of 10% of the overall investment portfolio, or about £50 million, and is now managed internally, Mr. Pearce said.
Proposals are due March 29, and a manager appointment is expected in the second quarter.
