Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Employees' Retirement System, Riverdale, is searching for an actuarial consultant, confirmed Jana M. Harris, principal procurement specialist.
The $659 million system issued an RFP because its contract with current actuarial consultant Gabriel Roeder Smith is expiring, according to Ms. Harris. She did not know the expiration date.
Gabriel Roeder is invited to rebid.
Proposals are due at 11 a.m. EST Feb. 13. Finalist presentations are scheduled for April 3. The three-year contract with options for two one-year extensions is expected to begin in May or June.
A copy of the RFP document is available from the commission's website.
