PennSERS books 1st investment with ValStone real estate fund

Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System, Harrisburg, committed up to $20 million to real estate fund ValStone Opportunity Fund V, according to a news release.

It is the $25 billion system's first investment with ValStone Partners, confirmed spokeswoman Pamela Hile.
